We’ve seen similar results when we use Instagram Stories ads to promote our blog posts and podcasts. Our Instagram Stories ads cost only $0.06 per click, while our Facebook ads typically cost $0.30 – $0.60 per click.

An important part of advertising in News is creating the ad itself, the News image. Once you have your ad file, it’s easy to create your ad campaign in Facebook Ads Manager, and I’ll cover that below.
Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads For Affiliate Marketing
Facebook has made it easy to use your Facebook or Instagram ads as News ads. This is useful if your time is limited.
For this reason. When you run your ads in News feeds, News ads are unlike most of the news in them. Facebook places the image and description on a horizontal canvas. If your text is longer than 190 characters, it will be truncated. Such an ad will differ from friends’ stories, which may cause people to remove it quickly.
What I mean by proprietary production is the latter. It was designed specifically with the vertical screen in mind and is very similar to other stories people have seen from their friends.
Another thing to think about is the location of your photo, your username, and your call-to-action button. They will be placed on top of your image and cover everything behind them. In general, try to avoid important text above and below your image.

Now that you’ve created your creative, let’s go through the steps to create your ads with Facebook Ads Manager.

If you’ve run Facebook ads before, the process is the same. If you haven’t, don’t worry. We will take every step together.
To create an Instagram News ad, go to your Facebook Ads Manager (direct link: https://www.facebook.com/adsmanager) and click the green “Create” button.
Not all destinations support content ads. To run news ads, you must select one of the following destinations:
Give your campaign a name and click Continue. If you’re not sure what to name your campaign, don’t worry. You can change the ad after you create it, so enter something that describes the campaign you have in mind (e.g. Increase Blog traffic, Increase App downloads, Increase Conversions).

(Good to know: An ad campaign can have multiple sets that target different audiences, use different locations, and have different budgets. If you use Facebook Ads Manager to create ads, you can only create one ad set at a time, which simplifies things a lot. )
If you’ve created marketing elements for your business before, they work well here. In the Audience section, you can define your target audience by location, age, gender, language, interests and habits. For example, a clothing retailer in the US might use the following setup:
When you see your ad audience, the indicator on the right will let you know if your target audience size is appropriate. It is best to be on the green part of the mark. If your target audience is very large, your ad probably won’t reach many people. On the other hand, if your target audience selection is too broad, your marketing may reach people who may not be interested in your product.
If you only want to run your ads on Instagram Stories (not Facebook feed, Instagram feed, etc.), you’ll want to select “Plan a Place” and ignore everything but Instagram Stories.
How To Link Instagram To Your Facebook Page In 4 Easy Steps
If you want to run your ads on Facebook News, things are a little more complicated. Currently, it is not possible to run your ads only on Facebook News. You should run them on both Instagram and Facebook News or Facebook feed and News. If you want to advertise on Facebook News, I suggest you go with the old (Instagram and Facebook News). As mentioned above, if you advertise on Facebook feed and News, your Facebook News ads will be built from your Facebook feed ads and will not look good.
The last thing you need to set about your ad set is your budget and schedule. How much do you want to spend on this ad and how long do you want it to last?
There are two things to fix here. First, your budget. You can set a daily budget or a total budget for the lifetime of an ad set. You can then regularly run a fixed ad without an end date (and stop it at any time) or set a start and end date for your ad.
(Good to know: Just as an ad campaign can have several sets, an ad set can have ads with different ads. If you use Facebook Ads Manager to create ads, you can also create only one ad at a time, simplifying things! )
How To Connect Instagram To A Facebook Business Manager
Then put your designers in the media section. If you’re uploading images, you can upload up to six images at no additional cost. For videos, you can only use one per ad.
