Finally, you’ll want to create or add a Facebook Ad account that will be linked to your business account.
Start on the Company Settings screen of your Company Manager. Click Ad Accounts in the Accounts section of the sidebar.
From the drop-down menu, you can choose Add an ad account (an account you’ve already opened), Request access to an ad account, or Create a new ad account.
Before proceeding with setting up your Business Manager, it is important to assign roles to your Business Manager account. Users can perform one of two main roles: administrator and worker.

There are also different roles for Facebook ad accounts that you can manage and edit in Business Manager.
It’s time to add your payment method so you can continue creating your Facebook ad campaign.
Go to the Payment Settings page by clicking on Ad Account Settings and selecting Payment Settings in the sidebar.
As you start to advertise more and more, we suggest adding a second payment method. This prevents Facebook from suspending all your campaigns if your primary card expires, reaches the monthly limit, or is blocked for any other reason.

If you need more help, here’s a guide from Facebook that explains which payment options are available in which countries.
If you want to make changes to your Facebook ad payments, you can do so on the same page by clicking the three dots next to your payment option and choosing Edit.
You cannot delete your primary source, so you will need to make an alternative choice for your primary source before deleting your current primary payment method.
Facebook billing depends on how you choose to pay for your ads. The many payment options are divided into two areas:

Manual payments are usually pay-per-use and are relatively easy to understand, as you are charged each day for what you spend on ads that day.
The billing limit amount varies based on your billing history. When you start, this threshold will be quite low ($25 usually), and you’ll be charged every time you spend $25 on Facebook Ads. As you continue to spend and your payments are successfully processed, your threshold will automatically increase.
If you still have a balance at the end of the month, but haven’t reached your billing limit, you’ll be charged for that amount to pay off your balance at the beginning of the month.
You can control your total advertising spend by setting an ad account spending limit. Your ads will be paused when you reach the limit you set and won’t run again until you increase or remove that limit.

Advertising account spending limits are particularly useful when working with agencies when you want to ensure that your consultant or agency cannot spend more than you have budgeted across all of your campaigns. Don’t configure it too much or you will need to update it frequently. Note that whenever the limit is reached, all your accounts will be paused for at least 15 minutes.
Like it or not, there will be some limitations on your Facebook Advertising account. It is better to know them from the beginning.
When you reach any of these limits, delete old campaigns and their ads to make room for new ones.
Facebook notifications are a great way to stay in touch with your campaigns. However, they can also quickly flood your inbox, so you may want to change the frequency of email notifications you receive from Facebook to suit your needs.
A Complete Guide For How To Use Facebook Business Manager
Set your notifications so that you receive the most important notifications by email, while others can only be Facebook notifications that appear when you log in to your business manager. That way, you’ll never miss a thing when it comes to your Facebook ads.
Once you’ve created ads, you may want to work with someone else, such as a freelancer, advertising agency or employee. This is where duties come into play. If you want to add new users and administrators to your Facebook advertising account, go to the Advertising Accounts tab on the Advertising Account Settings page.
Click Add People, then fill in the name of the person you want to add and the role they will be assigned.
