How To Add Facebook Ad Account To Business Manager – You are here: Home / Facebook / How to assign a partner to your Facebook Business Manager account
Because Facebook wants people to use their personal accounts to advertise, create a Business Manager as a way to assign multiple employees and/or agents to each of your company’s assets (Fan Pages or advertising accounts) on Facebook. After setting up your Facebook ad account using the business manager, you can assign a Facebook ad company to work on your account. Here are the steps on how to assign a partner to your Facebook ad account at business.facebook.com.
How To Add Facebook Ad Account To Business Manager
After logging into Business Manager, click on “Go to Settings” on the right side of the page.
Granting Page Permissions Using Facebook Business Manager
Before assigning a partner, select the marketing account you want your partner to have access to. After selecting the account, click “Assign Partner”.
At the bottom of the conversation, Facebook gives you the option to assign a partner using a Business ID, which your marketing agency should have provided. Click on this option.
Admin — Select this option if you don’t have a dedicated person managing your Facebook account and you want your agent to have full access to your account and fan page. This allows your agency to update your billing information and create ads such as “Ads” or “videos” that must be posted to your Fan Page before the ads play.
Advertiser — Select this option if you have a dedicated person on your team to assist the agency with its marketing needs, such as billing information and ads that require offers or videos. If there is an issue with your credit and your team is unavailable or unable to respond, your ads will stop until your team updates your payment information.
How To Verify Your Facebook Business Manager Account
Analyst – Analysts review the performance of your campaigns, but they won’t be able to edit or change anything.
Assign a partner – will give the partner agent, not the employee, access to your account. Use this option to add an agent to your account.
Add people – You will assign a person as an employee of your company (in your business manager account). Use this to add other people to your company (colleagues).
Your agent will receive a notification that your agent now has access to your account. Your account representative should contact you promptly with updated information about your marketing account.
How To Create & Set Up A Facebook Business Manager Account
In the first option in step 4, we chose to assign a marketing account using a business ID. In this option, we will send you a link instead of using a business ID.
Click “Download” to copy the link. You can send this link to your partner. After copying the link, click “Close”.

Before we proceed with setting up your Enterprise Manager, it is important to assign roles to your Enterprise Manager account. Users can assume one of two main roles: Administrator and Worker.
There are also different roles for Facebook ad accounts that you can manage and edit in Business Manager.
It’s time to add your payment method to your Facebook ad campaign.
Go to the Payment Settings page by clicking ad account settings and selecting Payment settings in the sidebar.
How To Set Up Business Manager On Facebook: A Beginner’s Guide
As you start selling more and more, we recommend adding a second payment method. This prevents Facebook from stopping all of your campaigns if your premium card expires, reaches a monthly limit, or is disabled for any other reason.
If you need more help, here’s Facebook’s guide that explains which payment methods are available in which countries.
If you’d like to make changes to your Facebook ad payments, you can do so on the same page by clicking the three dots next to your payment method and selecting Edit.
You cannot delete your primary source, so you will need to make another selection of your primary source before removing your current primary payment method.
How To Create A New Facebook Business Manager And Ad Account
Paying on Facebook is determined by how you choose to pay for your ads. Most payment options are divided into two categories:
Manual payments are prepaid and easy to understand as you are charged daily for whatever you spend that day on ads.
The payment amount varies based on your payment history. When you first start, this limit will be very low (normally $25) and you will be charged every time you spend $25 on Facebook ads. As you continue to spend and your payments are made correctly, your limit will automatically increase.
If you still have a balance at the end of the month, but your payment threshold has not been reached, you will be charged that amount to clear your balance at the beginning of the month.
Business Manager Sync Troubleshooting
You can control your overall ad spend by setting an ad account spending limit. Your ads will stop when you reach the limit you set, and won’t run again until you increase or remove the limit.
Ad account spending limits are especially useful when working with agencies when you want to make sure that your consultant or agency can’t spend more than planned on all of your campaigns. Don’t set it too low, or you’ll have to update it frequently. Remember that every time you reach the limit, all your accounts will be suspended for at least 15 minutes.
Like it or not, your Facebook ad account will have some limitations. It is better to know them in advance.
Once you reach any of these limits, all you have to do is delete the old campaigns and their ads to make room for the new ones.
Easy Ways To Manage Multiple Facebook Pages (without Crying)
Facebook notifications are a great way to stay in touch with your campaigns. However, they can quickly flood your inbox, so you may want to change the frequency of email notifications you receive from Facebook to suit your needs.
Adjust your notifications so that you receive the most important notifications by email, while others may be Facebook notifications that will appear when you log in to your Business Manager. That way, you will never miss anything when it comes to your Facebook ads.
After you’ve been doing advertising for a while, you may want to work with someone else, such as a freelancer, advertising agency, or employee. This is where the roles come into play. If you want to add new users and admins to your Facebook ad account, go to the ad accounts account on the Account Settings page.
Click Add people and fill in the name of the person you want to add and the role they will be assigned.
